Overview

ImmunifyMe is a child healthcare platform that specializes in digital solutions for vaccinations and pediatric care, intending to reduce the need for paper-based systems. They’re focused on using technology to build a cloud-based digital healthcare ecosystem. Although the platform was impactful, they needed to increase app downloads, improve brand awareness, and understand the customer journey.

Approach

App And Website Optimization

We evaluated the app and website on the basis of UI/UX, SEO, content, and responsiveness. We improved ASO (app-store optimization) by creating user-friendly app descriptions, testing customer journeys, and enhancing app visibility.

Performance-Led Content Strategy

Segmenting their audience, we created an aggressive content strategy with targeted buckets. Our long-form content was well-researched and had CTAs smartly plugged in. We optimized existing content to rank better, and developed profiles for associated doctors to build brand credibility.

Reducing Customer Drop Points

For us to understand the loops in the customer journey, we studied the brand’s customer journey map and identified four loopholes. Running A/B tests further helped us with the research.
